Cancellation Policy

For complete details regarding cancellations, policies, participant responsibilities, and other important information, please review our Terms & Conditions page before booking. Reservation To ensure every guest is fully prepared for their adventure, a Tour agreement and Liability Waiver will be emailed within 2 business days to the address provided after your booking request is received and must be completed and returned within 3 calendar days. Your reservation will be confirmed once the required deposit has been received and all documents have been completed. If the required documents are not received within the 3 calendar days, Wild Focus Photography Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation, the deposit may be refunded in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and the tour space made available to other guests. Payment A deposit for half the amount of the tour is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days before your tour departure date. Cancellation If your plans change, please contact us directly as soon as possible by phone or email. Because we're often out in the wild, scheduling a phone appointment or emailing us through our Contact Us page on our website is the best way to ensure we can connect with you. Early notification helps us offer your reservation to other guests who may be waiting for an opening. We'll guide you through the cancellation process and discuss any available options.
